MK Smith is ok with me. I would like to mention first, that I hesitated going to MK Smith to review my options for the upcoming end of my 2017 Camara lease. We have always I would like to mention first, that I hesitated going to MK Smith to review my options for the upcoming end of my 2017 Camara lease. We have always purchased/leased our vehicles from MK Smith since 1994 - my son (20 years old at the time) went there to purchase his first car in the fall of 2018. He put 10,000 down and is now financing for 6 years. It is just a simple Malibu (that was actually a 2016). I have been extremely upset as I feel he was definitely taken advantage of. That being said, as I did lease my Camaro from MK Smith and it would end in March 2020 I did decide to go to this dealer to discuss options. I was greeted by a very helpful salesman named Jesse who was very knowledgeable and courteous to me. After review of my options I decided to purchase my Camaro and the process, although it took awhile due to a previous customer ahead of me - he took forever in finance - not Jesse's fault - I left feeling very good about my choice. I did share my son's experience (and he did too as he was with me) with Jesse and also the finance manager. I am sure they gave us the company line regarding the amount of money and payments and I understood they could not really address what happened to my son and still support their staff. My son will probably not purchase another car from them if the opportunity arises, I am happy with my choice as it was convenient for me at this time. Will I return for another car in the future or recommend them to my daughter who will be returning to the states in the next few months and will need a new car, that remains to be seen. Please DO NOT GO HERE!! They keep your car for hours and hours, they don’t communicate with you at all! It took them 5 hours just to tell me what was wrong with my car, a simple coolant leak diagnosis shoul hours, they don’t communicate with you at all! It took them 5 hours just to tell me what was wrong with my car, a simple coolant leak diagnosis shouldn’t take 5 hours. Then they charged me $150 just to tell me what was wrong with it. That’s not including work done! Ridiculous! I will never return here again!! More

Seemed tome to be jerked around for 3 weeks Took my truck in because it filled with water on the drivers side when it rained. Told it would take about 5 days, no problem understand disassemble s Took my truck in because it filled with water on the drivers side when it rained. Told it would take about 5 days, no problem understand disassemble search, repair, reassemble etc. I get that. At the end of that week I heard nothing until I called on Monday the following week and was told that the body shop was slammed with work on 2020 recalled vehicles and it would be a day or two more ok. Never heard a word until I called a day or two later and was told they were working on it but couldn't find the problem. I started calling daily and started getting the feeling of a run around. Finally I called and they and said it couldn't be worked on because the mechanic took the day off and wouldn't be back until Monday 3 more days. Called on that Monday afternoon to see what was up, now remember I did get call backs but never was called , to say that the truck would be ready the next day . Well it wasn't Then I got mad. Now remember this is now the 3rd week you had it. Well I accused that the body shop was jumping around and putting me off for more "urgent" matters. I said what is the flat rate to put the interior back in I'll bet its not 2 days. Finally 3 weeks to the day she called and said it was ready but they couldn't find the problem.
