Sales was very friendly and helpful. Only issue was, I was told that swapping out my cloth seat for leather wasn’t an issue but when it came down to signing papers work, I was told to purchase them throug was told that swapping out my cloth seat for leather wasn’t an issue but when it came down to signing papers work, I was told to purchase them through a 3rd party. I’m very unhappy with being mislead because now I’m stuck with cloth seats when I was told that they would be swap with no problem. I felt at the beginning I was being taken care of but afterwards I felt lied to so the sale would be faster for them. I feel they were more worried about the sale then customer service. More

Terrible customer service They need to practice what they preach. Calling me at 4:45 pm to let me know my truck is done. I rush over and they close at 5 pm.
