In July 2021, we tried to but a 2021 Chevy Bolt. We live 200 miles away, so this had to be done by phone and email prior to our taking possession of the car. And then . . . . . a strange song-and-dance occurred at MK Smith via the saleswoman named Zaira. We had to repeatedly ask that they proceed to finish selling the car to us. After another day passed and hearing nothing from them, we called the dealership only to find out they had sold the car out from under us. Our experience: MK Smith, under the oversight of Curtis Bray, does not keep its word. More

In addition to my previous statement, MK Smith never returned my driver's license as promised by Mike Prieto. And the contract is fraudulent, because it states cash price for vehicle is $72,100 but I returned my driver's license as promised by Mike Prieto. This dealer is hiding something in the contract, but I can't say what they are up to, so be careful when buying from them. These reviews are not prompt by them or they aren't paying attention. More
