Came from afar San Fernando Valley to purchase the Trailblazer RS 2022. When I arrived at the dealership I was able to test drive the vehicle. As we entered the office and sat down I was notified tha Trailblazer RS 2022. When I arrived at the dealership I was able to test drive the vehicle. As we entered the office and sat down I was notified that it got sold. The person I was in contact with knew I was coming from afar I asked her if they can hold it or if I can even put a deposit on it but she said no due to fraud. I was even contacted that morning with the sales manager to confirm my appointment that day!! I was not very pleased as to what happened. The sales manager then told me if we knew you were coming from a distance we could of held the vehicle for you or even gotten a deposit. I told him really because this other person was telling me no they couldn’t do that and I have all the conversations on text. So I ended up purchasing a different vehicle more than what I wanted to spend Equinox RS 2022 Over this weekend my trip to Vegas, the piece under the back bumper broke off. It stared Saturday evening when the trailer hitch cover unhitched then on the right side broke off. I wish I can download some pictures to this so I can show you what happened. Then driving home the whole piece of the bumper completely broke off well the right side was dragging as I was driving. Other cars were honking to let me know so I had to pull over and take the whole thing off. I just bought this vehicle June 10,2022 and this happens!! I am a very displeased customer. More
