Luis "cowboy" and Jesse made the experience smooth, quick and friendly, from start to finish. My 2009 Chev. Malibu’s starter failed leaving me stranded. Once the vehicle was delivered to M.K. Smith Chev. the Service Dept.had closed for the day Floor manage Malibu’s starter failed leaving me stranded. Once the vehicle was delivered to M.K. Smith Chev. the Service Dept.had closed for the day Floor manager Havier Marquez was extremely helpful in arranging for the car to be serviced in the morning and ended up giving me a ride home when the dealership closed for the day and no other alternative was available. The following morning Jennifer in the Service Dept. phoned me to discuss the issue. The starter was replaced, the dealership’s shuttle driver picked me up at my home and I was able to pick the car up and be on my way promptly. Everyone went well above the call of duty in taking care of this situation.. More
