I came to look at a vehicle at MK Chevrolet and was given the run around regarding pricing for the vehicle. They told me they would be upfront and transparent with me all the while they were trying to find e the run around regarding pricing for the vehicle. They told me they would be upfront and transparent with me all the while they were trying to find every way to use up my down payment and up the price tag on the vehicle I was interested in. They wasted my time as well as my family’s time, treated me with disrespect, and lied to me. I would not recommend this dealer and will not be returning for any vehicle purchases in the future. I ended up buying a vehicle with Simpson Chevrolet of Irvine who handled my vehicle purchase with complete professionalism and I was treated fairly. More

We had the WORST experience ever my husband and I have exellent credit and we were going to finance with our Credit Union these guys literally wasted our time we spent a little over 4 hours there for not exellent credit and we were going to finance with our Credit Union these guys literally wasted our time we spent a little over 4 hours there for nothing they refused to give us an Option Contract he wanted us to sign with them for a higher APR plus down and a bigger pymt anyway we left empty handed and drove to MT View Chevrolet were we spent less than 2hrs came out with Option Contract and New Truck 0 down and even there offer was way better than MK. BTW we were returning customers who paid off a vehicle early.its a shame that these people say they help the customer but they are trained to screw the customer!!! Oh and they racial profile my husband only because he’s hispanic. Anyway you Don't show curtesy,respect,and don't work to help!You claim that you're family but your not and YES I can tell you make money off the white just like you stated! Now I know why!What a shame!! More
