Sales manager and assistant sales manager, Edmond and Rafael, promise a lot and deliver little. We called Rafael several times, over 10 times, and by the end, he wouldn't even answer the phone. We were promised two plastic pieces to cover holes on a truck bed that we didn't see the night we purchased the truck. Still waiting on those pieces and it's been well over two months. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone who isn't desperate like we were. I have fantastic credit, was willing to pay cash for the vehicle, and still treated like garbage. We even told them about the truck door not closing flush with the rest of the bed. Completely ignored again. If my dad hadn't needed a truck before the weekend, we would've walked out. Also, they try to get you to buy their overpriced extended warranty and then spend an hour trying to guilt you into buying it. Got a great one for half the price with my credit union. Buy your truck somewhere they'll appreciate your business. More
