Buyer Beware! I found a 2003 Ford Excursion posted by M & F Auto Sales. I contacted the sales manager "Jeff". After driving and walking around the vehicle I noticed I found a 2003 Ford Excursion posted by M & F Auto Sales. I contacted the sales manager "Jeff". After driving and walking around the vehicle I noticed that there was a broken trailer wiring harness and bent harness hanger, a heavily sagging head liner, and the truck was dirty and had never been detailed even though it had sat on the lot for over 2 months. I brought these issues up to Jeff and he said that if I bought the truck he would fix them. I requested that since he already had the vehicle to do the repairs and then I would come back and purchase the truck. About one week went by and I never heard back from Jeff. I went back and found that the Excursion was in the same condition I had left it in. I brought this to Jeff's attention. Jeff said that he was not sure what I had wanted repaired and that he would take care of it. About another week went by and I was contacted by Mr. "Garcia", a sales representative from M & F Auto who stated that the Excursion was ready. I went back and found that the Excursion was detailed but the issues I advised them about were still not repaired. The trailer wiring harness was now held up by a plastic wire tie and the head liner was still sagging. Mr. Garcia said that they were still uncertain of what repairs I was talking about. Since the last visit the Excursion sold and I was not given the opportunity to purchase the vehicle. Since the mechanical shop is located on the property and M & F Auto offers a 1,000 mile warranty post sale I thought this was an absolute lack of customer appreciation. Buyer Beware! More

The car took over a week to arrive on the lot and during that time because they had "high interest", they decided that they didn't like the price they agreed to so would now be selling it at a much higher price regardless of what they agreed to with me. Fraud power booking fake paystubs I was recently going to buy a car at M and F on Coors. The salesman was ok. I asked , "what if they want proof?" He replied," don't worry I can make you a paystubs!" I can't believe this I refused and left immediately! This is totally illegal! I am contemplating calling the Attorney General and Wells Fargo my brother use to work for a bank and says that they also are "power-booking" which is also illegal. Jeff must be fired or I will report this. Please reply once Jeff is no longer employed or I will not remove this post. More

Made it right I purchased a 2006 Dodge 2500. I spoke with Jude and he showed me the vehicles he had which fit my needs. At no point did he try to sway off and point I purchased a 2006 Dodge 2500. He was friendly and professional and a true pleasure to deal with. Fast forward 3 weeks. I found some things that needed to be addressed by the maintenance department. I spoke with the manager Jeff whom was professional and truly did care, he cared about me, my vehicle, and the reputation of M & F. He absolutely wants to stand behind his vehicles and make sure the customer is happy. Jeff addressed my concerns and absolutely made things right. The service department was professional and called with updates and explained what work was performed. They also did this "on time" when they said it would be complete. I absolutely would do business with them again. More

He did everything thing he said he would - he had the vehicle parked right in the front of the lot when I pulled up and it was clean, detailed and ready for me to take it home. I saw the true price of labor and parts when the services manager Cody was of the office. It also turn out the van needed a lot more work done when I asked Eric if he could help out with the expense which was less than 30 days after the purchase, he told me his hand were tied. Overall, m and f is a group of swindlers and truly fit the stereotypical view of used car dealers. Avoid this company like the plague!! More
