Good selection of Cars to Choose From, Decent Service I was in the market for a specific car and M&A Motors had it on the lot. I knew I wanted the vehicle so there was not too much back and forth. I was a little concerned about the amount of money they were willing to pay for my trade-in, but overall it was a decent experience. Some minor issues arose on the vehicle after I had it a few weeks but hard to tell if general wear and tear or something overlooked on their part. I would still give them 4/5 and recommend them as a decent used car dealership. More

Very unprofessional and rude staff to say the least. I never leave reviews online but these people are just scam artists, so don't waste your time!. I was trying to sell my car to them. They checked my car on a Sunday and offered me a price for it. I told them that I wanted to check other places before making a final decision. On Tuesday i was in another dealership that was offering me more money for the car so I called them just in case they wanted to offer more since they told me to call them before making any other deal, because they were confident that they could beat any other offer. I wanted to put that to a test. They said that they would give me $300 more for the car if I leave the other place and go to make the deal with them. After driving for 1 hr and awaiting at their location for another 2 hours (BTW, without offering me water, coffee or anything). They came back offering $200 less than the other place, after agreeing over the phone to offer $300 more! (They already saw and inspected the car before). After negotiating again with them, they told me that "okay we can match the other dealership offer". I answered that that didn't make any sense since I already had that deal with the other place. The only reason that I drove to their dealership again is to get a better deal ($300 more as discussed). At that point it was not a matter of money but principles (it was clear at that point that these people doesn't know what that word means at all) since they were just wasting my time driving and making me wait there for a long time. After explaining this several times and expecting a reasonable answer from them, the manager just walked away and left the place without saying a word (I'm saying that he literally left the dealership). I waited few minutes thinking that it was a negotiation "strategy" or something like that but after asking around they said that he just didn't have anything to say and left. I just asked for my keys and left. Sorry for the long story but people deserve to be aware of how bad and unprofessional this place is. More

Medi, Mike, and Kivi have always gone the extra mile for me in trying to make sure I am happy with my purchase which is why I have always gone back. To say they are courteous, professional, and patient is an understatement. I recall Medi even helping get out of a car I had purchased in the Bronx that was a mistake even though he had nothing to gain on his end. Simply stated, they have managed to establish "a sense of trust" in a business where this attribute is severely lacking. -Alex Sagredo More

They are LIARS I listed my car for sale on cars.com. I almost immediately received an offer from Kia both via the site and via a phone call. The offer from Kia at I listed my car for sale on cars.com. I almost immediately received an offer from Kia both via the site and via a phone call. The offer from Kia at M&A Motors was for $1000 MORE than blue book value. I am in Stamford, CT and they are in Long Island, NY - which is a long drive, not to mention wear & tear on my car that I'm trying to sell. Kia told me that he could not come to me, but that he would HONOR the offer if my car was as I listed it. I told him that I didn't want to drive all the way out there, only to be given a low ball offer, he said 'No, we would never do that - we honor our offers on cars.com'. My car was EXACTLY as I listed it, including needing new tires & needing new brakes in the future (noted in the comments). When I got there, after driving 1.5 hours, he didn't even offer me a drink. Then he wasted my time for 30 minutes looking at the car, trying to tell me all the things that were wrong with it (there is nothing wrong with it - it's a 2012 & in EXCELLENT condition), claiming that he didn't see my comments, and he then told me he didn't understand how the system spit out such a high offer when the car is not worth that much, and offered me $3,000 LESS than the offer that he committed to. He also told me that he doesn't know what the site offers, which is a LIE, because a different dealer (who now has an excellent review from me) told me that they would rather make a low/realistic offer, so that whey the seller comes to them, they are not disappointed and don't end up getting less than what was initially offered. This is the exact opposite approach of M&A Motors & Kia specifically, who sends you the most aggressive offer that they can to try to get you to their ghetto shop & then assume that you will sell them your car for way less than what it is worth. SELLERS BEWARE. I wouldn't recommend them for buying a car either, as the reviews that I saw on them for buying were awful as well. I have to admit, I was a bit suspicious, and I did some on-line research on them before I drove all the way out there. Reviews were not great, and Kia (employee name) was specifically called out on a few reviews as being untrustworthy, I should have listened to the other reviews. Stay away from this dealership. More
