BEST DEALERSHIP EVER This place is hands down the best dealership I have even been too. I got the run around from a different ford dealership in Columbia for over a week. This place is hands down the best dealership I have even been too. I got the run around from a different ford dealership in Columbia for over a week. I called them explained the situation and within 45 mins they was calling me back telling me I was approved. Came right down test drove (knew what i wanted) and signed. No hassle at all. I have bought several fords from different dealerships in Tennessee and THIS ONE IS THE BEST. Everyone was so friendly. I highly recommend this dealership. More

A nice place, but disjointed. I recently took my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation and no one was at the service counter. After a moment a busy young man from the parts c I recently took my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation and no one was at the service counter. After a moment a busy young man from the parts counter came over and apologized for the wait and took me in for service. I headed to the waiting room where I sat for a little over an hour before Mark, the service man came to give me my keys. I head to the counter to pay and find out they hadnt rotated my tires. They were quick to apologize and offer to do it right away, but I figured after an hour of waiting they would have done it. I also couldn't help but overhear some salesmen talking about looking for lost keys and generally being very frustrated with one another. It sort of made the place seem out of sorts and unorganized. To summarize the work done to my car was great but the place could use some better management. The popcorn was very good though. More

Lyons Ford (old Stan McNabb) Just purchased from Lyons Ford in Lewisburg, TN. Not even 1/2 tank of gas later complete transmission failure. They failed to cover this and said 'No Just purchased from Lyons Ford in Lewisburg, TN. Not even 1/2 tank of gas later complete transmission failure. They failed to cover this and said 'No warranty on used cars'. They said approx. $4700 to repair. After pleading my case they said they would repair it at cost, $2650. At cost of course means that they're not actually chipping in, they're just not making any more money off me. This is after they checked out my Ford Explorer XLT trade-in and said there was $1000 repair needed on the flywheel (?Really?). So trying to be fair I upped the price we agree on by the $1000. So instead of $9000 plus trade I paid $10,000 plus trade. And part of the agreement was that I needed a 2" hitch on the back. They said no problem and wrote it in the contract. Now 2 months later and I still don't have my truck or the hitch. I had previously dealt with McNabb Ford and was very happy over the years with their customer service. I had purchased at least 4 cars previously from them, and also used their service department several times. I went back thinking I was in McNabb Ford only to find out that Lyons had just purchased this location 3 months prior. I decide to give them a try, I guess that was a dumb idea. More
