I drove well over 200 miles for my new 2022 F-350 Platinum and it was worth EVERY MILE. Called up there on Wednesday to inquire about a Unicorn on their lot, assuming like every other dealer they wou Platinum and it was worth EVERY MILE. Called up there on Wednesday to inquire about a Unicorn on their lot, assuming like every other dealer they would tell me it wasn't available and to my surprise it was. My sales associate, Kayla was AMAZING! She took my deposit, helped me with my credit app and got me my trade value on my first call to the dealership. I was approved and had my deal inked that same afternoon. The next morning I drove up and was headed back out the door in my new truck in less than an hour from arrival. The service I received from the sales and finance teams was impeccable. I had dealt with three other dealers trying to get this done and was disappointed each time. If you live in the southeast and are looking for a new Ford car or truck give Kayla Longshore and the Lyons Ford team a call for the most pleasurable, stress free car buying experience you will ever have. The people I spoke with were all pleasant, but my overall experience was poor. I was not informed of the $125 diagnostic fee that they charged to simple read the CEL. On top of the uninformed CEL reading fee experience was poor. I was not informed of the $125 diagnostic fee that they charged to simple read the CEL. On top of the uninformed CEL reading fee they were going to charge 2-3 hours (estimated based on the bid they gave me) to replace a sensor that takes 5 minutes to swap out. You remove the plastic engine cover, remove a single retaining bolt, unplug the sensor and 2 hose QD connections then put the new one on. Needless to say, I denied the outrageous bid, picked up my car and performed the repair myself. As of now I have no plan to return to this dealership. More
