Just finished a 36 month lease through them and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Deceptive practices, incompetence and laziness by the staff is just the tip of the iceberg. At the time of leasing they “forgot” to file my financing paperwork for almost two months, never called me to come in to have my plates put on and told me I didn’t need the co-signer’s signature for the vehicle that was being traded in (spoiler alert, we did). This past week when I brought the car in I was pressured to put down an additional $5K to lease another car because the 2021 vehicle I was returning had “no equity” in it, I got out of there and went elsewhere for a much more pleasant experience. While your mileage may vary, I will never do business with Lynnes ever again. More

I recently brought my car to Lynnes Subaru for an oil change. A service advisor Louis greeted me as soon as I walked in, so I felt welcomed right away. They serviced my car quickly.
