First, I must give credit to Lauren who made my fiancé and I feel comfortable enough to come in after such a horrible experience at Hudson Hyundai. She was very welcoming and assured me we would not have to deal with nonsense and insensitivity as first time buyers. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by the Car Sales Manager. We then spoke to Lauren who introduced us to Luis aka Lou. HE IS A PHENOMENAL SALESMAN AND PERSON OVERALL! He asked us what we needed and proceeded not to upsell us but work with us. He recommended a few cars and ultimately got us into the vehicle we wanted. The vehicle was a little over our price range but he introduced us to Allen (pretty awesome as well) who said he was going to do everything he could. When it was all said and done, we had the payments we wanted and basically a brand new car, less than 3k on it!! I must say, after being a saleswoman myself, this dealership is amazing in every stage of the car buying process. They made us feel so welcomed, they did not pressure us, it was an absolutely AMAZING experience. I don't know about the other salesmen/saleswomen in there, but I will never deal with anyone but Lou again. They have a great team there and I DEFINITELY recommend Lynnes Hyundai (Lou and Allen especially) to anybody looking for helpful people and a great experience. Thanks again Lauren, Lou, and Allen. You guys ROCK!! More
The salesman Ed Birne was great helping us select the Elantra we bought. He was attentive, professional and made the overall buying experience great. Now to the part where Lynnes Hyundai needs to work on. FINANCE!!! Why it took 2 1/2 hours just to get to the finance manager to complete the leasing deal is beyond me. It was not that busy and if it was going to take that long, they could have informed us and we would have come back later in the afternoon. When we finally were seated to do the contracts it literally took 10 minutes and we found a few errors (monthly payment incorrect, miles on car incorrect). This is the most important part of the process.... and Lynnes came up WAY short...... More professionalism and courtesy is certainly needed. It was probably the worse finance experience we've encountered... It's too bad since the salesman did such a great job. Can I recommend the dealership.... jury is still out... More

I came in to the dealership looking for a car as a referral from my neighbor who had recently bought a new car from Jason. I asked for Jason and I must say he was the absolute most kind and considerat referral from my neighbor who had recently bought a new car from Jason. I was a little uneasy at first because I know the whole car buying experience, but boy was I wrong. Jason gave me all the time in the world I needed and really made me feel comfortable and at ease. His manager Steve came out and I was sold by the professional manner that these two treated me with. I would absolutely recommend Jason to any friends or family in the future. More

Overall experience was great. The people were are kind and the salesman Jason was excellent. Paid in full for a Hyundai Santa Fe and Lynne's spent weeks looking for the model configuration we wanted, with no calls to update us on the status. Very poorly handled. We were put last priority once our check cleared, with no car in hand. Avoid them at all costs. Avoid their salesman, John Foster, who mishandled every step of our transaction. We finally demanded a refund and waited two weeks to receive the check. John had no idea where our refund check was and could only say "it's not my department." Atrocious experience. More

I purchased a car from them 2 years ago, I had the car serviced there every single time including all my oil changes to honor the tire for life program. Anthony whom I mostly dealt with was a great servic serviced there every single time including all my oil changes to honor the tire for life program. Anthony whom I mostly dealt with was a great service adviser and a real straight shooter but unfortunately he is no longer at this dealership. When the time came to actually getting all 4 of my tires that were completely worn out I got what I expected a whole lot of b.s. from the service manager and excuses to where they would only give me two tires which I would not accept. I wanted and paid for those free tires one way or the other by having my car serviced there frequently at a premium price, I was pissed off because it is not about the price of paying for new tires its the principle of the thing that I was owed all four tires and was given some baby answers as to why I would not receive them. That program is a SCAM to be plain and simple and do not bother spending premium pricing to service your car at the dealership. I AM STILL EXPECTING A PHONE CALL FROM THAT LYNNES HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP TO TELL ME IT WAS ALL AN APRIL FOOLS DAY HOAX what a bunch of clowns More
I was in the dealership recently with a friend who had previously gotten a quote to lease an automobile at above mentioned dealership. When we returned to signed the papers, the dealership refused to deliver as promised. My friend had an email confirmation but simply met a roadblock. The salesman and manager tried to add fees and made up numerous other excuses as to why the deal was no longer on the table. What poor business acumen! For the next week, I received endless voice messages from Socrates making inquires about the interest I had shown in leasing a vehicle. When I tried to call the agency ( 4-5 attempts), I was informed by the snarky woman who answers the phone that he was with a customer, out of the showroom or had the day off. My final decision was to block their telephone number on my home line. It so happens I own a Hyundai that was purchased five years ago in Savannah, GA. Yes, I would give that dealership (Savannah Hyundai) a 10 and continue to feel that way. However, Lynnes seriously deserves a zero but that was not an option on survey. If you are reading this review, please save yourself time and aggravation......SELECT A DIFFERENT DEALER!!!! More
