Everyone I have met there has been pleasant and polite with me. I am sure there are some folks who are rough around the edges. But I haven't encounter them as of yet lyness. More

I went in to make an easy deal. Just like at their Nissan store; pick a make and model, choose a color, get the TrueCar.com price, leave quickly. This didn't happen. Needless to say, my time was wasted, and I left very unhappy. The dealer still follows up with me to "earn my business" which is such a joke. They had an opportunity to earn my business the first time! As a business man I understand that the dealer is in business to earn a profit and that the TrueCar.com price is a "loss-leader" for the dealership, however if they don't want to sell the vehicles for such a low price, they shouldn't participate in the first place. More

The worst experience ever John Foster said it was a done deal. When I went to pick up the car he changed all the figures.
