I called to get an OTD on 2024 Expedition my wife and I had seen on the website. We had been searching for one for several weeks and had been to a couple of different dealers and spoken to few others. Most had seen on the website. I spoke to a salesman named Kerry Jones. He told me they didn’t play any of those games. We were skeptical of course. He sent me the OTD. Some won’t do that because they want you to come into the dealership in hopes of selling you something. That’s fine if that is ok with you but we were well informed as to what we wanted and what we were willing to pay for last years model. We talked again and decided to visit and test drive several Expeditions they had there. Once we got there everything he told me on the phone was true. Low pressure sales. The price never changed. We got what we wanted at a price we were happy with. And they don’t charge a Doc fee. We had all the information we needed to make the purchase. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and I can honestly say that they were the best car buying experience I have ever had.
