We actually made the deal over the phone without me seeing the truck in question. It was a loner vehicle with 5,500+ miles. Though it was slightly used, the truck exceeded my expectations. The salesman Rusty was very helpful,courteous and efficient. I was expecting to get my 2014 fusion repaired. Then the body shop called and said insurance was trying to pick up my car. So I called the insurance I was expecting to get my 2014 fusion repaired. Then the body shop called and said insurance was trying to pick up my car. So I called the insurance co and they verified that my car was a total loss. I cleaned out the car and immediately went to the show room and was met by Rusty McDonald, he advised me on what they had in stock. I looked at the fusion he had and let me drive it home to my wife. She liked the car and I came back the next day and bought it. I was treated very well and did not have any problem purchasing this new fusion.
