I waited 2hrs and 40min to have a oil change, and I had an appointment. This needs to be addressed. When people call for an oil change they need to be reminded that they cannot add additional things to be an appointment. This needs to be addressed. I will come back again and see what my next experience is. If it takes this long again will go somewhere else. More
