My truck didn’t make it home after the initial repair after a lengthy wait on repair parts. Had to be towed back to dealership. The second repair seems to have corrected the problem with the engine. Was told one of the hoses had came loose on the initial repair was the reason for repair failure. The service rep was very apologetic for the inconvenience but they did put me in a loaner during the service work. More

Lynn Layton Chevy was awesome for this traveler from from out of town. My SA was Wess Reid and he was great. I and few others were there @ 7 am. A few minutes later Wess and George begin our service intake r out of town. My SA was Wess Reid and he was great. I and few others were there @ 7 am. A few minutes later Wess and George begin our service intake right away. The Chevy Techs had my water pump fixed 2 hrs later! I've had to have several repairs done on road trips and the Chevy Service Dept's have been fantastic so far. A good reason to keep coming back! Thank You Wess, George and the Chevy Techs! More
