Salesman Matt Bumgarner listened to my description of the Mazda 2 that I wished to purchase. He didn't try to change my mind about the model or the color that I wanted even though the dealership did not hav Mazda 2 that I wished to purchase. He didn't try to change my mind about the model or the color that I wanted even though the dealership did not have the exact car that I desired. He met me at the dealership at a time convenient for me to let me test drive a manual transmission Mazda 2 as soon as one arrived at the dealership. He immediately started searching for the car that I wanted and within one week he found it and delivered it to my house. Not only did Matt Bumgarner impress me with his customer service but also the Service Department employees impressed me when I was there on February 21, 2011 to have the oil changed and a recall repair done to the sound system of my Mazda 2. The Service Department employees even washed my dirty car and made it bright green again! More
