I HAVE NEVER ENJOYED THE PROCESS OF TRADING/BUYING A CAR BUT JOHN MADE OUR EXPERIENCE A GOOD ONE. JOHN'S KNOWLEDGE OF THE VEHICLE (A RAV4) WAS SURPRISINGLY THOROUGH, AND HE POINTED OUT MANY FEATURES I WASN BUT JOHN MADE OUR EXPERIENCE A GOOD ONE. JOHN'S KNOWLEDGE OF THE VEHICLE (A RAV4) WAS SURPRISINGLY THOROUGH, AND HE POINTED OUT MANY FEATURES I WASN'T AWARE OF. HIS PERSONALITY MATCHED MINE:LOW KEY, NOT PUSHY. I WOULD RECOMMEND JOHN AS A CONTACT TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A CAR. I HAVE BEEN BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP LOOKING FOR ACCESSORIES FOR THE RAV (TOUCH-UP PAINT, A MESH CARGO NET) AND HE SPOTTED ME AND RUSHED TO HELP. JOHN WAS ALSO A FACTOR IN MY DECISION TO PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY, AND JASON KNAPP WAS HELPFUL IN ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE WARRANTY. I ALSO ENCOUNTERED SEVERAL OTHER EMPLOYEES WHOSE NAMES I CAN'T RECALL WHO WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ASK IF I NEEDED HELP. IN OTHER WORDS, THEY WERE AWARE THAT I WAS A CUSTOMER AND OPENLY OFFERED ASSISTANCE. OVERALL, MY IMPRESSION OF LYNCH AND THE EXPERIENCE IS VERY FAVORABLE. More

I just purchased my 2006 Toyota forerunner Sr5! Mike Davis met me in the showroom minutes before closing. It being so close to closing didn't change the of quality of service I received. My trade value was fair and reasonable, the same can be said about the suv I purchased. Gerry Nellis did an excellent job with the F&I. Paperwork during the closing was flawless and without incident. The total time from start to to finish was extremely fast and painless. There were no last minute changes or "hold on, let me call the bank" moments. The car payment quoted to me by Gerry, was reflected to the penny in my final figure. Effective, courteous, and trustworthy are a few descriptive words I have for both Mike and Gerry. I went to Lynch to turn in my leased 2010 RAV4 and in exchange I took a Corolla. Everything done by the end of the day. Went home with a brand new lovely vehicle feeling great. Love that place.
