Horrible service department. Bought a 2024 sienna from them. Passenger side roof top mold popped out so I brought the car for fix. I asked the lady who scheduled my appointment w Bought a 2024 sienna from them. Passenger side roof top mold popped out so I brought the car for fix. I asked the lady who scheduled my appointment would it be under warranty. She immediately said no. And then i asked how much the parts would cost. After I mentioned my vehicle is 2024 and 12k mileage, she said “oh yeah it will be under warranty!”. How do you make assumptions without doing the minimum research? That is so unprofessional and disgraceful. On the day I brought the vehicle in for the repair, the dude had no clue xxx he’s doing. He said the parts weren’t ordered, which was completely false. I personally went to the shop to order the parts on the day that the appointment was made. He finally was able to pull up the info, then proceeded to say that the vehicle was not under warranty. I get the dealership always tries to squeeze every penny outta you, but this is so wrong and egregious. The people that work in the service department have the least decency and show zero professionalism. No clue xxx they are talking about, unwilling to do the minimum research, and have the worst attitude. He kept saying “I understand, let me look it up.” Maybe do some homework before you start your workday? Don’t market yourself as the best dealership around town but having the worst frontline workers. More

I bought a car from Lynch but have not used this dealer for almost 20 years. I took my car to them for new tires and an oil change. When I got the car back I started to receive a tire pressure warning. for almost 20 years. I took my car to them for new tires and an oil change. When I got the car back I started to receive a tire pressure warning. I took the car to a local repair shop (Firestone). They told me they would not remove the tire in question from the rim because they could hear something rattling around inside the tire. They also pointed out that there was no oil fill cap on the engine and the oil was down 1.5 quarts. Lynch Toyota had broken the pressure sensor and forgot to finish filling the oil and replace the oil cap. They did complete the repair after the fact but that was the last time I used them for service. I also moved to Maine 10 years ago so I don't know why they are soliciting my business at this point. More
