If you want a caricature and parody of every bad car dealership, stop by Lynch! They won't disappoint in disappointing you! Our salesman "Jeremy" had a hard time putting a few sentences together that dealership, stop by Lynch! They won't disappoint in disappointing you! Our salesman "Jeremy" had a hard time putting a few sentences together that weren't composed of obvious lies. Made the experience longer and more miserable than I could have ever imagined. Even worse for some reason the social media guy "Dave I." joined the process by handing us an internal dealership memo instead of the dealer invoice. What a bunch of jokers. Refused to come off sticker price for a vehicle that sat on their lot for over a year. Waste of money. TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! Don't MISBEHAVE like CAVEMAN "DAVE!" Go anywhere but the Lynch Mob! More
Lynch refused to come down a penny off a vehicle that sat on their lot for over a year. Salesman was rude, unprofessional, and made the buying experience miserable. Tried to lowball on two trade ins. on their lot for over a year. Salesman was rude, unprofessional, and made the buying experience miserable. Tried to lowball on two trade ins. To add insult to injury this vehicle has been plagued with issues since I bought it and the dealership refused to help in a manner. Issues included: -Replaced engine -$4,2000 wort-h of suspension work -All door hinges failed -Battery failed -Interior lights failed Lynch's response, "Not our problem. You know we don't build the vehicles, right?" All this after less than 50,000 miles. If all this sounds good, head to Lynch for your next vehicle. More
My experience at Lynch was great! Our salesman, Aleks, was friendly and knowledgeable. He encouraged us to take the vehicle on an overnight extended test drive when we were still on Our salesman, Aleks, was friendly and knowledgeable. He encouraged us to take the vehicle on an overnight extended test drive when we were still on the fence about purchasing it. We did not feel pressured at all. We did decide to purchase the vehicle the next day but were pressed for time in the morning to make the purchase. The team worked quickly and Danny in the finance department was great! It was the fastest vehicle purchase I have ever been a part of. I would definitely buy from Lynch again! More
Everyone I dealt with At Lynch Mukwonago from the salesman to the smart a$$ owner, Dave Lynch, were rude, lacked all professionalism and just a pain to deal with. The only exception was the finance g salesman to the smart a$$ owner, Dave Lynch, were rude, lacked all professionalism and just a pain to deal with. The only exception was the finance guy. At least there was that. I was promised a "deal" on a new vehicle that had been sitting on their lot for OVER A YEAR. They refused to come down a penny. When I asked to see the invoice they showed me the INTERNAL invoice and lied stating it was from the factory. All around liars. They knew I was in a tight spot and refused to negotiate -- even though the salesman promised he'd come down off the sticker price. A terrible, manipulative experience. Everything you'd think a TERRIBLE vehicle buying experience would be come to life. DO NOT BUY HERE! More

I made it clear that I needed to wrap up the sale quickly once I was in the showroom. I was in a tough spot for a fleet vehicle and pressed for time. I told him on the phone what I wanted for my trade ins. He agreed. I asked him to "Come down a couple bucks off the list price to make me feel good about the purchase." He cordially agreed. Great. We made an appointment for me to come in. So after I arrive at Lynch and we begin. In the middle of our deal Jeremy takes another customer. "Rock Star" salesman Jeremey finally graces me with his presence after failing to close a different deal. He then starts haggling with me about my trade ins. He doesn't give me what we AGREED to over the phone. Trades were EXACTLY as described. Lynch refused to come down a PENNY off the list price. For a vehicle that had been on the lot FOR OVER A YEAR. I'm only given available rebates on the vehicle. Jeremey argues with me, is insulting, and makes the process entirely miserable. When I returned to pick up a cargo mat I bought at their Parts department Jeremy was rude and hostile. Nothing like good service after the sale! SUMMARY: Lynch Mukwonago is short sighted. They want to make a quick buck rather than make years worth of sales on fleet vehicles. I will be steering all affiliates away from Lynch Mukwonago. UPDATE: In regards to Lynch's response: my previous review was taken down. At the writing of this review, I've had the vehicle for LESS THAN 2 YEARS. It was a 2018 purchased in Aug of 2019. You tried contacting me "several" times? What a joke. Lynch NEVER tried to contact me via any means. Just more proof of the lies they're willing to tell. The obtuse Dave Immel, digital marketing director, threw in some personal insults in a now deleted response to this review. Another cowardly dirt-bag. In addition this vehicle has been plagued with issues. It has an engine recall -- it will stall and consumes oil at an astonishing rate. The AC went out after less than 6 hours of use. The alignment was off and needed service after less than one year. The daylight running lights work -- sometimes. The rear cargo light was busted from day one. The rear passenger side door sticks and is difficult to close. Now the suspension is going and will cost another $3,000 to fix. All with 43,000 miles. IF YOU WANT A JUNKER AT FULL STICKER PRICE GO TO LYNCH! More
My elderly parents took their Chrysler mini-van to Lynch when they noticed their vehicle had a leak. The service area at Lynch in Mukwonago told them they had leaks in the radiator, transmission and in the when they noticed their vehicle had a leak. The service area at Lynch in Mukwonago told them they had leaks in the radiator, transmission and in the engine. The estimate to fix it was well over $2,000. When my dad told me, I insisted that he get a second opinion where I take my cars. It wound up being a leak with the engine that cost them just over $800 to fix. NO other leaks were happening with the radiator or transmission. Thank goodness I talked my parents into a second opinion! Never going back to Lynch in Mukwonago again!! More
Was looking at buying a 2021 Ram Power Wagon truck from them, ended up buying from a different dealership because this dealership is Shady!!!! I was working with Cody Binninger, who tried to hide a $1,000 them, ended up buying from a different dealership because this dealership is Shady!!!! I was working with Cody Binninger, who tried to hide a $1,000 "market adjustment" under accessories. Sent me multiple emails trying to use cliche high-pressure sales tactics even at one point emailing me and telling me if I didn't put money down on their truck in the next hour that someone else was going to buy it. And this is laughable, sent me a denial of a credit letter, two weeks after I told them I had bought a new 2021 Power Wagon truck from a different dealer. Stay clear of this dealer. Would not recommend them to anyone. More
So many things went wrong. They had my car for almost 2 weeks and they only completed some of the work. No loaner.
