I can’t write a review that begins to capture how good our experience was with Lynch. Our Sales person Renée Johnson was fantastic! We really appreciated her consultative approach and her willingness to go the extra mile in everything she did. We had the opportunity to be introduced to, interact with, work with and ask questions of several people at both the Chevrolet and Jeep dealerships (including GM Mark Greene) and the customer service was the best I have ever experienced at a dealership hands down. So good that we not only went home with 1 but 2 vehicles. This dealership treats you like family from the moment you walk in the door and after you’ve closed on the purchase(s). Lynch has earned a customer for life and is the dealership I will refer my 3 sons and other family and friends to with full confidence they will be taken care of! Tried to buy a new 2021 3500HD that they confirmed was available. I asked for the list of options so I could confirm the items listed on the website with the build sheet and for the GMS price (GMS is gen available. I asked for the list of options so I could confirm the items listed on the website with the build sheet and for the GMS price (GMS is general motors employee pricing). They confirmed they do not accept GMS pricing, which is a GM program and NOT a locak dealership program. Regardless, if you have GMS, do not go to Lynch. They just try to get as much money out of you as they can. More

My daughter purchased a used car from Lynch, didn't even make her first payment on it and the rear main seal busted. Car has 93,000 miles on it 3 month or 3,000 used car warranty and they will not cover it. make her first payment on it and the rear main seal busted. Extremely poor and pathetic service department. Had an oil change and the car wasn’t filled back up with oil! I call the dealership back...”oh, bring it back up!” No sorry, no nothing. I said, I will not oil change and the car wasn’t filled back up with oil! I call the dealership back...”oh, bring it back up!” No sorry, no nothing. I said, I will not drive my car back there with no oil in it!! I tried contacting the General Manager and he won’t even return phone calls or emails. Now that my warranty is up, I plan to go elsewhere. This place is a freaking joke! Stay away!! Oh, and while I was waiting an hour and a half for an oil change, (yes, that long), I was browsing their inventory. The cars and trucks are marked up astronomically!! More

I bought the truck from Lynch Chrysler , Dodge , Jeep and Ram. the sales man was Jeremie and I found out he wasn't to pleasant to work with. He was working with me the day I was there to buy the truck and someone else that was there to buy a car at the same time. Jeremie didn't have any time to even show me the truck. I was sitting at his desk and he never showed me the safety check on the truck at all and when I signed the paper work for the truck there wasn't any safety check in the envelope at all. I had called them on this and the extra key they lost and they said there was one done. but I don't believe them at all if so I wouldn't have the problems I have with the truck. Problems: 1: The radiator is loosing antifreeze and when I added 1 1/2 gallons to the truck I noticed the radiator cap wasn't turned on tight it was just laying on the top. 2: The 4 wheel drive makes a clunking noise when I engage the 4 wheel drive and while driving the truck makes noise in the front and rear axles. 3: The ABS braking system isn't working when I press the breaks the breaks don't pulsate at all on snow all it does is slides around. 4: There is a problem with the engine also the RPM Gage at most time is at 700 RPM and at other times its at 1100 RPM I'm not to sure why this is happening also. 5: The 2 sprays for the windshield washers were broken and the passenger side tail light was burnt out. I guess if Lynch Jeep did an inspection on the truck all of this would have been fixed and not working now. I Think I got ripped off and they saw me coming and thought they would send a truck down the road without fixing anything. For the out come of this transaction I would like them to buy back the truck and pay me extra for the run around I have gotten from this dealer they should get a fine for sending out a truck with safety related problems.
