Took it home and removed front valance to find intercooler leak. Lynch refused to refund vene partial costs. Never going back again. More
Misdiagnosed my truck twice. Repaired for $915. Still the same problem, they gave back $400. Then quoted me 1300 for what I said was wrong to begin with. Called the gm and service him I didn’t want to spend money and that they did good . Jeff the gm actually argued with me about it . So I waisted $525 dollars and 8 days in the shop and still no heat. Now I will find a competent mechanic to take the dash apart and fix what these morons didn’t want to. Brought it to a dealer so it would be fixed right, I guess I am just used to Ford mechanics that don’t just throw parts at something hoping it fixes it. Absolutely horrible. Funny part , one of my customers heard the entire conversation and couldn’t believe that was a general manager that spoke to me that way. Why would I pay these morons another 1300 a repair. If they had diagnosed it correctly I would’ve gladly paid the money and would have heat in my truck. Offended by the whole thing, I wouldn’t let these talking xxxxxxx fix my lawnmower! More
We recently bought a car at Lynch on July 27, 2020 and had a great experience with financing the car from our salesman Raul But things have gone down hill ever since my first scheduled appointment. My husband and I agreed to a $1,300 detailing and painting service for the car that restores the paint, keeps the seats clean and clear from spills and they also cover any rips or tears that happens inside the vehicle for up to 6 years just as long as you come back to get that service done on a different day because it takes 4-6 hours for it to be completed. The guy who signed Us up for service insured us that they would be able to take our vehicle on a weekend where we were off work but when we called back to schedule the appointment they were only able to Schedule the service Monday through Friday 7am-5pm. Seeing as though we live an hour away, I’m pregnant and I work M-F 8-5:30pm every day, this became a huge inconvenience for my husband and I. Needless to say, we scheduled the appointment and had the service done and since I get off late my key was placed in a drop box so when I got there I could not express to anyone about my concerns with the vehicle after service. First off, I noticed that there was a stain in both the driver seat and one in the passenger seat that wasn’t there before I dropped it off, the dash board was unclean, there were orange stains on the driver side floor, a crack in the paint by the back bumper and paint missing in the front left side of the car. I called the next day to speak to someone and they said I should Receive a call back shortly but no one ever returned my call that day. The next day I went outside to start my vehicle and my vehicle would not start so now I am furious. I called to let them know what was going on and to make sure that I was covered because I did get the gap insurance which should cover Major repairs but it was explained to me that if I wanted the car checked I would again have to figure out a way to get the vehicle towed an hour away from my home back to Lynch auto so they could do a service check on it but they warned me that if it was the battery that was Causing the car not to start I would have to pay for that out of pocket. Luckily I have Triple A and they were able to tow it. I spoke to someone almost every hour when my car got towed just to make sure they were on the lookout for my vehicle and the guy who was named Josh in the service department insured me that he will be looking out for my vehicle but apparently he was not because when I called back three hours later to make sure the vehicle got there safely and to see what was causing my car not to start they said they could not find my vehicle and it was never towed there. After calling the tow company and calling around to find out what happened to my vehicle, come to find out that it was sitting at Lynch the whole time and the guy never checked to see if it was there and was never keeping an eye out for it the whole time. My car is still there now since they located it so late in the day that the service department couldn’t even get it in for servicing...smh I am Very disappointed with my overall experience with Lynch even though my first day of financing was great everything else has been a terrible experience with them and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone More
Easily one of the worst service experiences Quite simply one of the worst possible experiences imaginable abbreviated version: Purchased a new car from these folks with the very best warranty Quite simply one of the worst possible experiences imaginable abbreviated version: Purchased a new car from these folks with the very best warranty they offered. Brought it in for an oil change asked five (5) different people in the service department if the oil change was covered - they assured me it was not, so, (after paying for the oil change I met and spoke with Jeff Treu - he assured me it was covered and they would refund my money so: I was Charged for an oil change while under warranty (it's been months, still no refund) They performed (??) and Charged for a fuel flush I did not need (side note: my mileage has dropped significantly since the 'flush' Jeff Treu assured me that was common and it should come back up (it has been months I am still down over 100 miles per tank) They returned my vehicle to me an entire day late They returned my vehicle with a new rubbing noise I returned the vehicle to them, was told I needed brakes and that they needed to break locking lugnuts off of the wheels (an extra $150) They replaced the brakes ($500+) the noise was still there. (meaning I did not need breaks and my lugnuts did not need to be broken off). They told me it was a wheel bearing and they'd call me when it came in. they never did ( said they sent me an email?? please!) Fast forward a month and now - since the vehicle is over the 60,000 mile warranty IF I pay for a diagnostic they will see what they can do about determining what the problem is and how much if any of it they will cover. oh and still no refund of the original oil change charge!! STAY AWAY More
ATS Cadillac I was very satisfied at first when I purchased my Cadillac ATS, then 11 months after the purchase the car would not shift correctly. I noticed that i I was very satisfied at first when I purchased my Cadillac ATS, then 11 months after the purchase the car would not shift correctly. I noticed that in 2014 there was a recall by GM for the shiftier cable to be fixed, after paying a $135.00 diagnostic fee Lynch told me it would be almost $500.00 to repair the whole shiftier. I proceeded to call GM headquarters and explain the issues, the does not have even 40,000 miles on it, and I do take great care of my vehicle. I felt that because this was a previous issue with a recall that I was not responsible for the whole shiftier being replaced. GM headquarters explained to me that because i was not a loyal customer of Lynch the would not accept any cost assistance with this problem. This is the first newer vehicle I have purchased, it was only 11 months ago and to not be considered a loyal customer really shows me how your customer service operates. I was a loyal customer at least I thought. This has been a 3 week ordeal in between the holidays that I have been dealing with and still have no satisfaction with the problem. Not to mention I will not drive the vehicle because it can actually shift while not even applying the break, I have a family including a young 4 year old girl. Safety comes first! I thought I was providing that to my family purchasing a Cadillac! More
Service Dept. I had the undercoating and interior coating done on my car!!They gave me a 2018 Equalox to use while my Trax was being serviced. The best service department in the area! We have a 2011 GMC Sierra 2500 HD. We had consistent, recurrent issues with the DEF fluid system at another dealership in our area. We spent a lot of $$ over and over again on return visit after return visit to them, and we never drove out of that dealership with our problem being fixed. They even told us this last time that "the red light on the dash indicating a problem will eventually go out!" We then called GM directly and asked them to refer us to another dealership. Within a few days of the Lynch service team having our truck (GM referred us to them), Jeff from service, informed us that he believed that they'd found our problem, which involved reprogramming the computer, among some other things. My husband and I are ecstatic that we've finally found a team who we trust and is capable and knowledgeable in what they do! We will use the Lynch service team for all our vehicle needs. Jeff is to be commended for his knowledge and customer service skills. We will only use your service team from now on. Thank you so much!! More

They go up and beyond to always get my vehicle in for service right away even on short notice. The service staff provides excellent customer service each and every time I am there.
