ATS Cadillac I was very satisfied at first when I purchased my Cadillac ATS, then 11 months after the purchase the car would not shift correctly. I noticed that i I was very satisfied at first when I purchased my Cadillac ATS, then 11 months after the purchase the car would not shift correctly. I noticed that in 2014 there was a recall by GM for the shiftier cable to be fixed, after paying a $135.00 diagnostic fee Lynch told me it would be almost $500.00 to repair the whole shiftier. I proceeded to call GM headquarters and explain the issues, the does not have even 40,000 miles on it, and I do take great care of my vehicle. I felt that because this was a previous issue with a recall that I was not responsible for the whole shiftier being replaced. GM headquarters explained to me that because i was not a loyal customer of Lynch the would not accept any cost assistance with this problem. This is the first newer vehicle I have purchased, it was only 11 months ago and to not be considered a loyal customer really shows me how your customer service operates. I was a loyal customer at least I thought. This has been a 3 week ordeal in between the holidays that I have been dealing with and still have no satisfaction with the problem. Not to mention I will not drive the vehicle because it can actually shift while not even applying the break, I have a family including a young 4 year old girl. Safety comes first! I thought I was providing that to my family purchasing a Cadillac! More

After sale the sales man did not follow through on promises I bought a new used car the sales man I asked to show me how stuff worked on the car, and to have the seats shampooed from stains on them. After walked out of the financing and was told my new car was ready to go. He was. I were to be found. I asked for the stuff to be put into the contract they said they would take care of me. Jerked me around for days over an entry level car. I was looking for a car and came into Lynch Chevrolet on a whim. I was interested in a Chevy Sonic as they appeared to be running some good deals. I t I was looking for a car and came into Lynch Chevrolet on a whim. I was interested in a Chevy Sonic as they appeared to be running some good deals. I talked to the salesman who seemed more concerned with getting my SSN and running my credit then anything else. After he came back with an unfavorable deal, I walked away. Then I got some phone calls from the manager over a period of several days, going back and forth over the price of this entry level car, until I finally got fed up and left a negative review on Google Reviews. Then I received another call from the manager (or somebody at Lynch) with another offer on the Sonic so I called back and asked to be connected to the salesman I had originally dealt with. He answered the phone and didn't say anything at first, then said "hello" as if he were at home and not representing a business. When I began to speak, he hung up on me. I was taken aback by this very unprofessional behavior so I called back thinking I may have dialed the wrong number and got connected with the salesman again, to which he then told me that Lynch was going to make me another offer on the Sonic but since I had left a them a negative review they had decided to rescind their offer. He then hung up on me again. I now suspect they never intended to give me another offer on that car, they already knew about the review before they called and were just stringing me along. Had they decided to quit playing games and shown that they wanted to work with me and made me a good offer I would've gladly removed my negative review. As of this writing Lynch Chevrolet never even attempted to do anything to resolve this. If this is how Lynch Chevrolet behaves over an entry level, base model car I'd hate to see how I would've been treated had I been trying to buy something more expensive. More
