Buying a new truck is such a love/hate experience with the excitement of the new truck but the dread of spending so much money, especially at today’s prices. Lynch was professional and efficient and generally made the process as pain free as they could. Jeff Mucks was courteous and patient salesperson as I test drove a few trucks. They would not negotiate on price even though the truck I was looking at had been listed for over 120 days. Ultimately, I am happy with my truck and overall experience with Lynch. More
This was my second vehicle bought from lynch superstore. I went to the store on 03/03/23 after calling ahead to confirm the truck I wanted was there, we knew what we wanted and weren't interested in looking at other vehicles..it should have been a very simple sale. We got to the store right before closing so I took it for a quick test drive and went back the following day to put a down-payment and finalize paperwork so when my wife was off work all we had to do was sign the final documents to hopefully make it a quick process. While looking over the truck on friday I noticed that there was dog hair in the inside of the cab so I asked if they could have it cleaned up by Monday when we were supposed to be picking it up and they said it would not be a problem. Upon arrival to purchase the vehile on monday afternoon, it was never cleaned as there was the same dirty spoon and dog hair we noticed on Friday. Finally after hours of waiting to sign for our truck, i was finally in the vehicle with the sales rep setting up the OnStar (that was not working correct and they informed me to wait a few days and it should instead of resolving the issue then...its still not working). That's when I noticed the windshield was chipped. I expressed my concerns and the poor quality of care within their company to Dan D., one of the fiance managers, and his best solution to fix our problem was to simply not buy the truck (that we just finalized buying). I explained I clearly still wanted the truck we spent the last couple days trying to purchase but would like it to be fixed and cleaned prior to us taking it home. By this time of night the store was already closed so Dan offered to push the problem on to another lynch location without even talking to the other store to confim they'd be willing to accommodate the fix. We told him we'd feel more comfortable leaving it there and getting something in writing saying they planned to fix it prior to pick up. Dan acted very unprofessionally, was rude, got up and walked away in the middle of the conversation and never returned to speak with us about the plan to get the truck fixed. At this point we were already there for 3 hours and extremely frustrated with the situation and how we were treated so we thank our sales rep and left. The following day (tuesday) we waited for a call regarding a plan for the truck. We were not contacted so we reached out to the sales rep a few times, and had called and left messages for Jim Olson, the general manager, with no call back. Finlly at 5 oclock we received a call from sales rep that there would not be a windshield until friday at the earliest and after offering a loaner vehicle, tells us the general manager said non were available. He confirmed that the general manager received and read the email we sent to him directly. We did not receive any communication back from him and were not accommodated for a single inconvenience we experienced. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere as they do not take customer satisfaction seriously and make buying a new vehicle less than enjoyable. More

Horrible experience. The salesman ordered wrong truck that we waited weeks for. Then GM offered us a truck from a sister store Lynch in Kenosha. They sold truck out from under us. Then the GM said he didn't want to work with us anymore and would not honor our dealer incentive we locked in at. Basically said get list. Don't ever buy a truck or car from Lynch they could care less about you just the money they can get from you. More
