Granted I bought my used car as is, but I believe I was mislead about the condition of the cooling system. I was told it needed a water pump, but the inlet for radiator was shattered and I got stuck on my mislead about the condition of the cooling system. Horrible service with extremely high repairs. I had my 2019 3500 truck towed and very unwelcomed at the service department. No repairs except recalls which I did not want!!! Tried to buy $75,000 truck bu 2019 3500 truck towed and very unwelcomed at the service department. No repairs except recalls which I did not want!!! You can not judge a man by his clothes you need to check his bank account. I dress in old work clothes because I am conservative but buy a new truck every other year for myself. More

I called on Monday afternoon to ask for advice/direction as I was traveling from out of town and experienced a problem with my tires on the trip to Auburn. Ricky answered and told me I could bring the car i as I was traveling from out of town and experienced a problem with my tires on the trip to Auburn. Ricky answered and told me I could bring the car in the following day and they would check everything out. When I arrived on Tuesday morning he walked out to gree me, remembered my call and assured me the service staff would check everything out. I ended up having nails in both rear tires which they patched (very quickly) and I was also provided a list of things to have check out on my next service when I returned home.
