My husband & I just purchased a 2022 Chevy Equinox Premier from Lynch Chevrolet Cadillac this past weekend. We knew exactly what we wanted & they were the only dealer within 50 miles of Columbus to ha Premier from Lynch Chevrolet Cadillac this past weekend. We knew exactly what we wanted & they were the only dealer within 50 miles of Columbus to have the EXACT car with our desired features in stock. When I called to inquire about a test drive, Ms. Christy Howell answered. I was so glad she had because I had seen stellar reviews online regarding her service & wanted to work with her. She went above & beyond to help us secure the car we have been working hard to save for. Since we knew that was THE car, we put down a deposit so that it would be guaranteed available when we arrived on Saturday morning. She also helped us find a way to provide our down payment since we bank with USAA & could not get a cashier's check in time. We spent much of the day Friday texting & calling back & forth to get everything arranged. Not once during our many virtual interactions did we ever feel pressured, she was always upfront about what was happening & let us call the shots. We were treated so well. Mr. Ken Smith in the finance department went over our numbers with us the day before & in person before we signed our paperwork. We had done a lot of research on pricing & work on our budget so we knew what we could afford & reasonably expect to pay. We didn't even have to haggle because their price was lower than our maximum price "ceiling". He answered all of our questions & talked to us about the process of registering our new vehicle in GA after buying in AL. It still took time at the dealer to walk through all the features in person, take the car for a spin, & finalize paperwork, but it was all pleasant & a breeze because we had done so much work ahead of time. They even tried to find us a bow since we bought a car at holiday time & had many of our friends asking us to get one...haha! We will be recommending Lynch Chevrolet Cadillac, Ms. Christy Howell, & Mr. Ken Smith to everyone we know who needs to upgrade their vehicle. And we will definitely buy from them again in the future. They installed wrongly the rin cover after a maintenance service and I lost the cover. Luckily I found it on the road. However, when I returned to ask for a replacement, they wanted me to buy a new one even service and I lost the cover. Luckily I found it on the road. My wife and I were very impressed with this dealership and the employees. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. We actually just went in to look at the available vehicles but with the help of and the employees. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. We actually just went in to look at the available vehicles but with the help of salesman Eddie Ferrell, Arthur Cooper, and Ken Smith, we went home with a new Cadillac XT6. We were also introduced to Service Manager Sandra Messer as our contact for service in the future. Eddie even helped us after the sale when we found we had left some items in our trade-in.
