HORRIBLE So, I bought a Ford Fusion SE 2014 on April 25th, 2019. The car was fine but it needed completely new tires and windshield wipers. Everything else on So, I bought a Ford Fusion SE 2014 on April 25th, 2019. The car was fine but it needed completely new tires and windshield wipers. Everything else on the car was perfect. The check engine light was on when I got the car and they stated it was because they jumpstarted the battery. After I drove off the lot with the car, the check engine light never went away, my break pads completely went (all of them) AND some were actually on backwards, my check engine light is on because of my EVAP canister solenoid. This car only had 2 owners so I wasn't expecting a car in perfect condition but I was expecting more than what this dealership sold me. The car is covered in dents and scratches, the chrome is getting rusty, theres a big rust spot on the roof, theres cigarette burns and tar inside the car (they could've cleaned this), AND MOST IMPORTANTLY they told me theyd cover the inspection but they never did, the inspection stickers say 06/2017. This car dealership truly gave me a horrible first time car buying experience. The employees were not great either, they did not know what they were talking about and they were unprofessional. The woman said she would call me to schedule an appointment to fix my other issues with the car and never did. More

Horrible Dealership!!!BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!!! Bought a 2010 Audi A4 for my daughters first car and Anna said bring it back and we will get the inspection done becaus DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!!! Bought a 2010 Audi A4 for my daughters first car and Anna said bring it back and we will get the inspection done because they couldn’t do it that day. Ok no problem. Well by the time I got home the check engine light was on. Anna has drug me along for about 2 weeks now saying she was going to fix it and I am now told once I have everything fixed she will do the inspection. So I’m basically stuck with an $8000 paperweight that does not run or pass inspection. Now it looks like I’m footing the bill for the repairs that I’ve been told by Audi could be an entire new engine. So my daughter who was excited to finally have a new car must wait for it to be repaired. I intend to file reviews everywhere I can to save everyone else the hassles of her fraud ways to make money. She fooled me hopefully no one else gets fooled!!!!BEWARE!!!! Update: Got the estimate from the garage today and it will be just under $5000 in repairs to get the car to pass the inspection that was part of the deal for the sale plus what it already cost to tow the vehicle to the garage.
