Horrible Business Practice Horrible customer service! I initially contacted this dealership with a pre-approved loan. They said they would accept the loan but were sure they cou Horrible customer service! I initially contacted this dealership with a pre-approved loan. They said they would accept the loan but were sure they could get me better rates than what I was approved for and asked me to fill out their application online. I took their advice and applied through their online system, which was a bad idea. After a day went by I called to see what the deal was and found out that the approval I came to them with was the best rates they could offer. They wrecked my credit score 50 points and for no reason. Despite this, they had the car I wanted so I decided to proceed forward. Then today the "Finance manager", Matt Jacobson, flat out lied to me and said it is Oregon State law that both applicant and co applicant be present at the dealership for signing. I questioned him on this statement, after a salesman, Don, said documents could be FedExed. Matt proceeded to tell me that he never said it was state law, yet I have a colleague whom witnessed and heard the whole conversation. In conclusion, I came to this dealership with a pre-approved loan for 10k over what the value of the car I was looking to purchase and Luxury Sport Auto FAILED MISERABLY to make it happen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! More
