The vehicle purchased through this dealership has had to go into a shop to get parts replaced due to a lack of service and check from this dealer. Upon going on the test drive everything seemed fine, the car seemed to run fine and the exhaust was a little louder than expected, which later to find out was probably set up the way it was for a reason. Anyways the salesman AND the manager had assure that the car was mechanically sound and everything was good, that their service team had just done a full inspection, BS, and that the car should not have any troubles, slapped a few stickers on there that said that it was checked off from their service team as a "passed inspection" and pulled up the carfax to keep insisting the car was mechanically sound. Not even 24 hours later as I am driving the vehicle (mind you it hasn't even been 15 miles from the lot to where I was staying) and the service engine light turns on, took it to a shop to get it looked at and that's basically when they broke down what needed to be done. Looks like there was a gap in the exhaust which made it louder (7 small washers to give it a throatier sound to what I assume was COVER UP the sound of the clicking transmission). Once the washers were removed and the gap was closed up the people who inspected the car said I was going to need a new clutch, new slave and master cylinders and have it all replaced. I contacted the manager and they said that it was nothing they could do, that because someone else looked at it that now their mechanics cant touch it, that it was my problem now NOT EVEN 24 HOURS LATER, NOT EVEN 12 HOURS LATER! How are you going to say the vehicle was inspected and checked off by your mechanics and then all these problems start coming up less than 24 hours later and THEN after I bring it up you say you cant do anything, that it is my issue now??? So now Im out whatever the vehicle was AND what the repairs will be, not cheap I will tell you that much. These guys scammed me and wont own up to the issue THEY said wasn't there to begin with which they sure did know but did some cheap tricks to cover it up in hopes i or whoever purchased it wouldn't notice. I would NEVER EVER recommend this dealer to anyone I know or that ask me about them. Truly unethical and bad business practice, I honestly cant believe they allowed for this and wont own up let alone fix the issue, beyond terrible dealer that I wish I could give negative stars for what they did and wouldn't own up to let alone fix the issue THEY marked off as serviced and checked for issues through their "inspection". More

I recently went and received a quote for my 64k mi maintenance for over $750. I responded saying that the price was too high, and I would have to just pick up my vehicle. Elizabeth asked what I had to work with, and I told her about $400. She responded by telling me she could do the work for $450. When I went to pickup my vehicle, she informed me that they only did the work that absolutely had to be done and did not complete the rest - I still need an alignment and new gas cap. She NEVER mentioned this prior to me picking up the vehicle, instead assuring me that I could have the work done for $450. She also gave me the wrong key and couldn't find mine because no one had taken the time to label it - I had to point it out myself. This company has violated my trust and I will NOT be going back. Get your car serviced somewhere else. More

Our experience was that they either did not perform the service they quote or we have to bring the car back multiple times to fix the original issue. My wife has brought her Jeep to Luxury Motorsports for service three times now. The first time they didn’t fix the problem, so my wife had to bring back her Jeep for a second time. Both times she was charged. The third time she was quoted a price for service. Upon picking up her car they did not perform all service as was quoted to her at that price. The General Sales Manager Steve called my wife and offered her to bring the car back and have the service that was not completed done at no charge. However, with 2 out of 3 service visits ending up with additional charges we decided to not bring her car in for any more service and asked for any type of refund on the third service performed. Steve indignantly informed me that they cannot offer any refund. Not even a partial refund. Further, Steve then threatened me by asking for my name and number so that he can report me to the Better Business Bureau and have a moderator talk to me. More

SNAKE GARDEN. PROCEED W/ CAUTION Delt with Ken Spaulding, Deanna Hannan, and "Larry" in service. Sept 26 we drove the vehicle off the lot after going to F&I. I messaged Deanna on Delt with Ken Spaulding, Deanna Hannan, and "Larry" in service. Sept 26 we drove the vehicle off the lot after going to F&I. I messaged Deanna on October 1st 2015 letting her know engine was over heating and my AC was inoperable following a Check Engine Light. She advised me they would take care of it and to contact Larry in service. Spoke with Larry and went over my concerns; He set me up an appointment to bring it in 10/5/2015 (Monday Morning) However, due to my work schedule, I let Larry know I would be dropping it off Sunday. He said this would be fine and to simply leave my key w/ the sales department. Monday 10/5/2015 I received a call around 10:30 AM for Larry letting me know he had received the vehicle and would keep me posted through the process of repairs. Wednesday 10/7/2015 I called and spoke w/ Larry to receive an update, I was told they took it out for a test drive and they noticed it was leaking coolant, so he had ordered and was waiting on raid. hoses. Friday 10/9/2015 I called Larry about est 12:30 hoping for another update because I know radiator hoses don't take 2-3 days to order. He had told me it had just turned out to be hose clamps.... (So why am I waiting several days for hoses???) He told me vehicle will be ready to be picked up at the end of the day Monday. Monday 10/12/2015 My girlfriend had arrived to pick it up, she had to call me and tell me that it looked like they had crashed the car. So I advised her not to take possession of the vehicle and I had left work early to meet her there. I arrived to review it, and it was pretty clear. the front bumper had been bottomed out and cracked, the rocker arms were cracked and hanging poorly, and the driver side of the rear bumper was cracked with an inward flex, and poorly hung on the car, with a scuff on the driver side tail-lamp. They tried suggesting "we had brought it in that way"... I have a lot of photos that prove otherwise. So as you can imagine at this point we are extremely upset. No one wanted to claim responsibility between sales or service. It got to the point where my girlfriend and I called the bank to discover options to roll out of the deal. Unfortunately the deal had already been funded and this dealer doesn't have enough integrity to buy back the loan. We left the vehicle that night, I've been in the business long enough to know not to take possession. Tuesday 10/13/2015 We had advised that we had contacted the bank (The bank had also reached out to the dealer) We were told by Ken they would be fixing the body damage and would be ready by Friday 10/16/2015. We requested the name of the shop the where repairs were being done, But they refused to tell us where the car was. Friday 10/16/2015 Received a call 1:30pm The car was ready but "they didn't wana drive it through the rain w/ a new paint job" I understood, we arranged to pick it up Saturday. Saturday 10/17/2015 We arrived to pick up the vehicle, they handed us the key and sent us out the door AND THEY STILL REFUSE TO GIVE US ANY SERVICE RECORDS AS PERFORMED. I picked up the vehicle with poor body work, paint dust and over spray all over the vehicle and the interior, and an empty gas tank. they somehow put 133 miles on my car over a week....I should have just left the car, but I'd rather take the car and pay for the body work rather than continuing to deal with this circus of snakes. TODAY 10/19/2015 @ 7:18am traveling east on carefree hwy, the vehicle is once again over heating and A/C is out... SO LONG THE SHORT, THE 1 PROBLEM I BROUGHT IT IN FOR WASEN'T FIXED AND NOW THE CAR IS MORE F***ED UP THAN WHEN I BROUGH IT IN!! Time wasted and absolute pathetic "After sales to service" practice. We were advised we have a case based on exchange of messages, photographs, and refusal to provide any documentation for the services that were supposedly performed. Letter has been submitted to Attorney General and they will be contacted by the family attorney. More

I had gone to the lot several times but I had credit and cash flow challenges as well as a negative equity issue in my trade so I was reluctant to have them try to work out a deal. Vince kept telling me I just need to give them a try. After about 2 weeks I finaly went in and filled out an app. They met every need I had. They found me 72 month financing, paid off off trade with no money down and a reasonable rate considering my sub 600 credit score. More

I contacted the dealership and got a prompt reply from Deanna. I had read other reviews about how helpful Deanna was and I must say those reviews were correct! The Tundra we chose was out of our reach, price-wise. We tried to come to an agreement and ended up leaving to think it over. While we were gone, Deanna worked with the owner and finance department to bring down the sale price and the APR so the truck would be where we wanted it to be. She even convinced the bank to give us a lower price in spite of us having a foreclosure. She was invested in earning our business and was very straight forward with us and answered any concerns we had with the truck, payments, and details. The Finance lady I spoke with was also very helpful and did not put undue pressure on us to purchase any additional warranty or add-ons. The manager was also very nice. I do not work in the industry, nor do I work for the dealership. I am a customer service manager and give credit where credit is due and Deanna and Luxury MS deserve the credit. I got a great truck with great options for a great price! More

This is a true review based on my recent purchasing experience as a consumer with this dealership. I worked with a sales representative named Deanna and recommend ANYONE looking at buying a vehicle to go see her! From start to finish, Deanna was amazing! She worked with me over the phone first to help find the right vehicle and answer my questions prior to coming to see her at the dealership. She LISTENED to what I wanted/needed, asked questions to better understand MY needs, and worked out the details before I even walked in the door. She was patient, understanding, honest, not pushy, and made me feel as though we were working together as a team to find the right deal for me. I ended up with the vehicle I wanted at the price I thought was fair. It didn't end there though...after the sale she followed up with me to make certain I was enjoying my new car, asked if I had any additional questions/concerns, and was comfortable with the paperwork/terms. I even called her 3 weeks later with contract clarifying questions that I missed or didn't ask originally and instead of passing me off to her finance department, she took the time AGAIN to review making certain my questions were answered and understood. Today's day and age it is rare to find a sales person that cares about the best interest of the customer by placing the customer’s needs over lining their own pockets (especially in the car industry). I was really impressed with Deanna and the rest of the staff over at Luxury Motorsports. They all treated me well, were friendly, didn't try to push all the "extras", and made my buying experience a great one. To wrap this up I'll say it again...if you're in the market for a new vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend going to see Deanna and personally look forward to buying my next car from her when it's time to do so! Quality, Service, and Great Experience in one visit! I worked with Deanna and from the time she took my call to the time we drove off the lot in our new car, I've had nothing but a great experience. I work a very rigorous schedule and had to do this over the phone and internet. She kept me updated throughout the entire process. When other dealers told us our deal couldn't get done, she felt confident they could. Sure enough, she was right! I couldn't believe it when I got the call and she told me everything all done before I even came on the lot! To top it off, we had a great time with the finance manager, Shari (I hope I spelled that right). She was very thorough and explained our options and we never felt she was trying to "hard-sell" us on any warranties. Overall my experience was an 10 out of 10!!!! I feel that I got a great deal on my Toyota Sienna! If you're looking for a great quality pre-owned vehicle and you don't want to experience the usual "5-hour haggle back and forth deal" another dealership, then visit Luxury Motorsports! You won't regret it! I'll definitely be back soon to buy another vehicle from them! More
