Wasted 2+ hours. Asked for best price on a car listed at 20,495. Came back at me with financing for 31,000. Tried to tell me it was for extended warranty. Walked out immediately when they finally came back with an actual number that was ludacris. I believe that they list premium vehicles at great price with no intention of selling for that price. Shady, shady, shady. Should have known given their location. "Dealership" is in an awful area. More

DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this business! I cannot stress that enough. They sold a vehicle that they never had the title for (which is illegal in NJ) and led me on for 4+ months thinking I cannot stress that enough. They sold a vehicle that they never had the title for (which is illegal in NJ) and led me on for 4+ months thinking it was coming. They were unresponsive for weeks on end leading to the car getting towed due to an expired registration. They LIED when I came in to get a new temporary registration (which I am not sure is even legal to reissue a temporary registration) saying that I would have the final plates within 2 weeks, when in reality they NEVER had a title for the vehicle and NEVER submitted it to the DMV. I again contacted them multiple times with very little response regarding the plates when over a month had gone by. At THEIR request they asked me to come to the dealership and finally admitted to not having the title and I would need to return the car for a refund, yet they have REFUSED to refund my money now for weeks. This is nothing short of robbery as they have the vehicle and the money and refuse to provide answers. NO ONE should do business with this dealer. They have lied constantly and at this point have stolen thousands of dollars, which will be leading to upcoming legal action. STAY CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE. More
