SITUATION MADE RIGHT BUYER BEWARE! Just bought a 2010 BMW from there, next day started blowing smoke from exhaust and drivetrain error notifications. Took to have looked a BUYER BEWARE! Just bought a 2010 BMW from there, next day started blowing smoke from exhaust and drivetrain error notifications. Took to have looked at and told valve seals are leaking oil and need replaced and recommended new engine. Paid $21k and change after tax and licensing, and had the car 6 days... 2 of which were spent at BMW for diagnostics. Took back to Lux Motors with the service report and they refuse to help with any of the cost. Referred me to "their mechanic" who is independent from them and he "is booked" out 2-3 months, and they said there is nothing they can do. BUYER BEWARE!! I do NOT in any way shape or form recommend this dealership. UPDATE: I finally met with Maxx the manager and he suggested a solution that worked for both of us. I am thankful he was willing to listen to my side and wecame to an agreement that worked for both parties. I would buy here again in the future because I do believe they have nice cars, but I will always get an inspection on any vehicle I purchase no matter where I buy it from to prevent something like this. love our new car I have to admit, when me and my wife considered making a purchase through lux motors, we were a bit skeptical, as we had never bought a car from a dea I have to admit, when me and my wife considered making a purchase through lux motors, we were a bit skeptical, as we had never bought a car from a dealer before, but we were happy to find out that this experience was way better than purchasing privately! From the very start, the whole purchase process was very simple and fast. We scheduled our test drive for saturday and when we arrived it looked very clean inside and out and exceeded our expectations. . The whole experience was exceptional! Our son saw how easy it was, and he may buy a car from them, too! I highly recommend lux! More

Purchased a used car from Lux Motors I came to Lux Motors today to look at a used Volvo. I walked out an extremely satisfied new-car owner! Lux Motors made the entire experience wonderful from start to finish, they were knowledge of the car I was interested in. When sales guy retrieved the car he opened up all doors to make my life that much easier and gave me privacy to look at it before the test drive. Max and his staff are crooks and scam artist, NEVER BUY FROM This is a WARNING to all potential buyers of Lux Motors vehicles. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM MAX. He lied about the vehicle I pur This is a WARNING to all potential buyers of Lux Motors vehicles. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM MAX. He lied about the vehicle I purchased stating there were no issues with the vehicle. But he clearly knew about the issues on the White 2013 Ram 1500 that he took on trade because the guy who traded it in stated that there were multiple issues and even offered to repair the vehicle at no cost. Max denied his offer and ignored him, but when I came in and wanted to buy the pickup he made no mention of said issues and tried to get me out the door quickly. Well, I found out about the issues late after I already purchased the vehicle (yes I should have had it professionally inspected) but hindsight is always 20-20. PLEASE hear this warning and avoid purchasing anything from MAX or Lux Motors in Tacoma, WA. They are a scam artist and should be shut down and arrested for what they've done. If I wanted out of state I would be picketing and warning any potential buyers about their dishonest practice! Message me if you have any questions. More
