Our salesman Mike was great from the start. Although the dealership didn't negotiate on price, Mike had integrity the entire time. Our thermostat wasn't working in the Suburban which was causi Although the dealership didn't negotiate on price, Mike had integrity the entire time. Our thermostat wasn't working in the Suburban which was causing other issues. We had to go on spring break but the warranty would have expired when we got back. Mike gave his word he would still honor fixing it and sure enough, we got back and he followed through with his promise. That alone is something you don't associate car salesman/dealerships with. I'd go back to work with Mike for sure. More
