I brought my CRV in for an oil change & air filter change. Melissa was so friendly & efficient! They were ready for me at my scheduled time and work was completed in a timely manner. I have had my can-am's serviced over the past few years and Nathan has been more than helpful with the process. I am sure I could take them anywhere in town to get serviced but they really do take years and Nathan has been more than helpful with the process. The problem with my car was correctly diagnosed, judging by how it drives now relative to how it drove before. After the diagnosis Dane told me what could be done and "walked me through" the options for by how it drives now relative to how it drove before. First service/maintenance appointment for my new Honda Pilot yesterday (8/12/13) - I walked in the door and was greeted by Casey before I even got to the service counter. Casey took me back out to my veh Pilot yesterday (8/12/13) - I walked in the door and was greeted by Casey before I even got to the service counter. Casey took me back out to my vehicle for a quick walk-around and asked how it was driving and whether I had experienced any problems. We discussed what routine maintenance services were appropriate - no snake oil salesman here, I was sold only what I needed - and I was off to the waiting room. Less than an hour passed and Casey appeared with not only the bill but the service technician's inspection report, both of which he reviewed with me. After paying the bill, he walked me out to my vehicle, answered a few final questions and I was off. Thorough, efficient and freindly. Nice to drive away confidently - I drove 45 miles for a simple service and afterwards I have to say I'd drive 100 miles for such great service. More

After Purchasing a Car through Luther Honda St. Cloud I started to notice it pulled slightly to the left. I brought it to Luther Brookdale Mazda Mitsubishi(as it's a Mazda vehicle and closer). After my 4th started to notice it pulled slightly to the left. I brought it to Luther Brookdale Mazda Mitsubishi(as it's a Mazda vehicle and closer). After my 4th visit to Luther Mazda they told me sorry there's nothing wrong.. "it's normal". I began to question my sanity. I decided to call Luther Honda in St. Cloud to see their opinion. Immediately Luther Honda sent a driver to my work to pick up the vehicle. This was awesome! They looked over the vehicle and after diagnosing the problem and trying to fix it by rotating the tires, they still noticed a pull. They replaced all 4 tires and re-aligned the car and drives great! This is the type of customer service one expects to get when purchasing a vehicle. I only wished I would have contacted them immediately instead of wasting my time with Luther Mazda. We were impressed with Luther Honda from the Receptionist that answered the phone to the cashier that checked us out. Melissa Warner was our Service Rep. and she was terrific! The problem was diagnosed quickly and a part had to be ordered which came in the next day. THEN, Melissa tells us HONDA had experienced this issue on our model year and had extended the warranty and our repairs would cost us nothing!!! We didn't know that since we had bought our car used and wouldn't have known had Melissa not told us! We will definitely use Luther Honda again and recommend them to anyone needing service or looking to purchase a Honda vehicle. More
