New lifetime customer About eight months ago was the first time I visited your dealership because my normal parts store didn't have the part I needed. A young man by the n About eight months ago was the first time I visited your dealership because my normal parts store didn't have the part I needed. A young man by the name of Dan Fruechte who works in your parts area assisted me in finding parts for my 1985 Honda Civic. I don't know the name of car parts very well, but I was immediately amazed at his knowledge of the car and how he knew what each part was that I was after by a simple description. He was very courteous and spent time to give me knowledge of the part and how it worked. I ended up going back the same week needing another part, once again I got to work with Dan. After another great experience, I decided to just work with Dan for parts of my families 5 Honda's that we have for me, my wife, and kids. I will never go back to another parts store or dealer. From a 1985 Civic to a 2009 Accord, I will always get my parts from Dan. His business card sits in my wallet and I've given a few to friends that have Honda's. I've visited many dealerships over the years and gotten parts elsewhere, but Dan has changed this and I will always get my parts from him at your dealership. As he told me when I complemented him this past week- his goal is to get the right part the first time and to create less trips for the customer so their car can stay on the road longer using Honda parts. I'm now on probably my close to 10th visit with him and I'm never let down by the experience or over abundance of knowledge he has. More

The service manager could not explain why I had not been notified of recommended service on some items at a previous service appointment. Now the items are past due, and I didn't have time to have them com notified of recommended service on some items at a previous service appointment. Now the items are past due, and I didn't have time to have them completed yesterday. Thus I have to make another appointment, and I live 40 miles from the store. That is frustrating and time consuming. More

I needed an oil change and was coming to Luther to buy fluids for my Honda CRV. Even though it was Saturday and they were booked up they listened to my concerns and got me in and got my oil change done fo fluids for my Honda CRV. Even though it was Saturday and they were booked up they listened to my concerns and got me in and got my oil change done for me and recommended other service that was due soon but did not press. I found Casey and the girls at the desk (and a couple sales reps I visited with while waiting) to be the best customer experience I have had at any dealership I have ever visited. More
