30 day warranty on used car purchase We just purchased a used 2010 Chevrolet Equinox from Luther. The exhaust manifold was cracked and leaking and the battery was bad. They picked up th We just purchased a used 2010 Chevrolet Equinox from Luther. The exhaust manifold was cracked and leaking and the battery was bad. They picked up the vehicle, made necessary repairs, returned the vehicle and it was all covered under the 30 day warranty. AWESOME. I can't be any more thankful. Thank you very much to everyone at Luther Honda who helped me out, you were all very helpful, polite and courteous. I definitely will give Luther Honda consideration during out next vehicle purchase. We purchased this vehicle for my 76 year old Mother and she is tickled to have it. I delivered it to her on 08-10-2014 and she has been driving it all over town showing her friends, relatives, etc. She thinks of places to go just so she can drive it. She is very pleased. Above and Beyond I scheduled an oil change and when I picked my car up, noticed several small scratches on the hood. I honestly do not know if they were there before I scheduled an oil change and when I picked my car up, noticed several small scratches on the hood. I honestly do not know if they were there before I brought the car in or not. The manager did not argue with me about it; he offered to have them buffed out. They even came and picked up my car, did the work and returned it to me, washed and shiney! Luther has been my sole service provider since I leased a 2013 Honda Pilot from them last spring. When you arrive, the service advisors at Luther Honda of St Cloud will take you out to your vehicle and perform a little walk-around inspection and ask if you have any questions - a great opportunity for a one-on-one talk with the advisor and no distractions. Casey Van Dorn was the first advisor I had, and my last two service experiences have been with Mike Arko - they are patient listeners, genuinely concerned that they answer your questions and provide quality service. My most recent visit was for a small warranty issue (window channel) and some paint that was flaking/chipping away between the front molded bumper covering and the fender. Window channel done - no problem. Paint issue addressed and touched up - however, Honda declined to warranty the paint, but Mike and the Service Department at Luther covered the repair at no cost to me!
