Piston Rings Recall We knew something was not right with our 2010 CRV car because it did consume a lot of oil and on August 2015, Honda Automobile Division sent us a Warr We knew something was not right with our 2010 CRV car because it did consume a lot of oil and on August 2015, Honda Automobile Division sent us a Warranty Extension: Sticking Piston Rings Resulting In High Engine Oil Consumption on my Honda CRV vehicle. Honda, knowing there is an issue on their product is now making me, the consumer pay for their problem (to make sure I, the consumer is telling the truth about the car), by coming in for an oil change at my cost. And Note: the car was at 50% oil use but being the dipstick read little to no oil on it, this was a problem we needed to address now. So with the cost of the oil change, I also need to bring the car in every 1500 miles until the next oil change and again at my cost in order to make sure I am telling the truth that my car is one of their problems. What a nice way for Honda to make extra money off me, the consumer to pay for their problem. Am I happy, NO. I am paying for Honda's problem plus they are making extra money off me, by telling me I need to have the oil change twice by them and then taking time out of my work to bring the car in every 1500 miles. Vehicle/motor care is a high priority in my family so there is never a concern for neglect. More

We have now brought in our vehicle for repair/service multiple times and they have actually repaired a couple items outside of the warrantee free of charge because they felt it was the right thing to do... And Without us asking for that... We could not be more pleased and will be purchasing all vehicles from them in the future. Note- we drive out of our way to go to this dealership because of their service.. More

Cut and program key My son lost his key so I drove his car in to Luthet Honda with the spare key and called and spoke with Dane and he got me right in????. oil change battery trouble i specifically asked for the extra long battery check due to troubles i had last winter and service tech last winter said I needed it at next oil cha i specifically asked for the extra long battery check due to troubles i had last winter and service tech last winter said I needed it at next oil change. it was not done. when i called to ask why, tech who did oil change gave me to a supervisor or another person who was rude condescending and just mean. he treated me like an idiot, refused to listen to my complaint or even agree. that i had a valid complaint. i also wrote on that note that it makes a weird noise when i start it like the starter is going out or the battery is bad. this was never addressed. i lease so i don't need to worry about this type of situation, this is no longer the case with this car or your service department. the hours for drop off and pick up are horrible. the shuttle does not run on Saturdays. they cant get me too work before 8am and i need to be picked up by 4:45 to use the shuttle. these are NOT hours that work with any of our work schedules. we actually have to take a day off to get an oil change and sit in that dark windowless room with 1 horrible brain numbing channel that keeps freezing. this will be my last Honda lease. i will not be treated so rude by anyone and continue to have to be forced to go there for service. i know 1 lease isn't going to make a difference to you but i will let my story be known, that you can count on. More
