Very poor. Stay away. They did nothing to fix our Honda Pilot with a confirmed engine problem, (we actually received a letter from Honda, stating a possible pro Stay away. Even after showing them a picture of the code from last year and the fouled plugs , they all still refused to do the right thing. Actually filing a complaint with the MN attorney general. I’ve purchased 4 new Hondas, over the past 40 plus years but no more. I guess when we’re broke down on the side of the road, then they’ll consider the fix they falsely offered More

I brought my 2017 ridgeline in for a new battery and wheel alignment.I spent $366.90 for that service. There was a recall on the rear camera harness and the dealership was going to replace the harness.I wheel alignment.I spent $366.90 for that service. There was a recall on the rear camera harness and the dealership was going to replace the harness.I never had a problem with the rear camera.I left the dealership and went to another business and when I put it reverse I noticed I had slight blockage on the bottom of the view. I drove back to dealership told MR Van Dorn about it he said that normal .I’ve owned the truck for seven years and never had that problem. More

Sent my car in to have timing checked and for a starting problem when warm, $300 later I know about 2 oil leaks, they didn't check timing, or run it around to see about the starting problem.
