I emailed about a car on Sunday and my salesperson, Mark Hieb, called me first thing Monday morning. His promptness and easygoing manner impressed me. I test-drove the car, promptly and fairly arrived at a trade in value for mine and I was able to purchase and take delivery the same day. It was a very painless and easy process! Mark Hieb was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He patiently explained the settings on my car. He even set up my bluetooth iPhone. Chad, the used car sales manager, was very direct and easy to work with on the trade and purchase. I had one service item after the purchase and again they were fair and easy to work with. I feel like they really care about building a long-term relationship and repeat business-not just selling me a car and never seeing me again. The prices were well below all the Twin City dealers sites I had been looking at on line so I decided to go to St Cloud. It is closer to where I live anyway so I was pleasantly surprised by the large inventory- so many choices- it was great! I really like the fact that the website prices the cars out on all leases. Hate to think someones trying to take advantage of me like when I go to other dealerships.
