I gave this rating b/c I made an appt to get my oil changed, nothing else. I was given a pager to hold to let me know when my car would be done (which I thought was a great new feature by the way.) How changed, nothing else. I was given a pager to hold to let me know when my car would be done (which I thought was a great new feature by the way.) However, knowing my car was pulled in as soon as I arrived and it had been 45 min, I started walking around and noticed my car parked outside. There's no way of knowing how long it had been there, my pager never went off. I said this to the man in service and he muffled that it does work and oil changes take time. I realized that already, I just think he misunderstood me and was rude about it. Plus I said I saw it parked out there and he said he didn't know when it got done either. The price for the oil change was $31. Usually at other places I pay that price for oil and rotation and they wash my windshield too. Just oil change. For $31. A little excessive. I was also informed that my car has a rear seal leak, and when I replied that I didn't have the time to get it looked at today, I was cut off in my sentence. I wanted to know what that meant, how serious it is and the cost it would take so I could come back later in the week. No one would answer me and I know they could hear me. I was just shuffled to the cashier like my questions were bothersome. I work in customer service at my job too, and on the phones, and I know that my tone was neither rude or out of line. I was simply curious and was treated like that I think b/c I dared to question how long my car had been done with no one telling me. I'll be back when I need to be, but I'm in no hurry after all that yesterday. More

I was disappointed in my service. I had been to the Honda less than 3 weeks prior to this visit and reported that I thought there was something wrong with my driver's side tire. The air pressure light Honda less than 3 weeks prior to this visit and reported that I thought there was something wrong with my driver's side tire. The air pressure light had been going on far too frequently almost from the time the car was purchased. Honda House sent me away telling me there was nothing wrong. 3 weeks later that tire was completely flat and it was too late to do the repair. I was forced to buy 2 new tires. It seems clear to me that had Honda House caught this the 1st time I was in, I would have saved some money. Honda House did not acknowledge any responsibility for my flat tire. Really not very happy about this. More

I'm very impressed with the helpful and professional service that my wife and I received from Wes and Erik. We had been looking for a good used vehicle for several days (after one of our cars broke dow service that my wife and I received from Wes and Erik. We had been looking for a good used vehicle for several days (after one of our cars broke down) and we found it at Luther. This was probably the easiest most stress free experience that I've ever had buying a vehicle. Working with Wes & Erik was like talking to a couple of friends.
