On October 20th, we were greeted by Wes at the Honda car lot. He gave us, all the answers, to our questions. Giving us his full attention, we requested to talk trade over the weekend, at home. All of the work was done in a very timely manner and when the car was done, he walked me to my car and thanked me coming in. We actually were heading to the Toyota dealer, but on impulse pulled into Luther Honda. We had just driven in and Wes David appeared and asked what we might be interested in. We had a few specific thin impulse pulled into Luther Honda. We had just driven in and Wes David appeared and asked what we might be interested in. We had a few specific things - something with decent mileage - but more importantly, comfortable to get in and out of with ease and while driving. He said new or used? He listened and immediately knew just exactly the vehicle to fit the bill. Within a couple minutes Wes was showing us all the features of the car with no high-pressure or any feeling of being rushed, and all our questions were answered completely. Both he and Erik Forsberg, the business manager, were very easy to work with - the whole staff was most accommodating. There is a very comfortable, friendly atmosphere at Luther Honda. Here I will be completely honest about our experience and feelings with The Honda House. Our salesman Wes, was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. He showed us our options and ended up working with us over the price. He talked to us as a person and not just another sale. He didn’t try to pressure us or talk us into a deal, he just spoke of the different options we had and asked if we were interested. For the most part we were not. I really liked that there was little to no pressure and we were able to work out a good deal. I would also like to thank the gentleman that handled our trade in because he did approve the deal and did end up giving us more for our trade in. This was the difference in working out the final deal and it made my mother happy. Which was the whole point, Right? She got what she wanted at a price we felt was reasonable. One thing though, not a big fan of the little line up of people my mom had to stand in front of, hear a speach from and then shake hands with before we left. It made her feel a little uncomfortable. She was ready to go and enjoy her new car. It was just unnecessary. A toss of the keys and a hand-shake from Wes would have been much better. But overall, our experience with the Honda House was a very good one. We would be very happy to work with them again and will recommend Wes and the Honda House to anyone. More
