We had a great experience at Luther. We were just starting to look for vehicles and we found one that we really liked and they helped us to make sure everything went smoothly and we were able to get starting to look for vehicles and we found one that we really liked and they helped us to make sure everything went smoothly and we were able to get what we wanted for the price we needed to stay in. The salesman walked right up to us in our vehicle as we pulled into the dealership and was very friendly. We never felt pressure but they kept the process going. We were not able to take the vehicle the same day due to being out of town and they were very accommodating to hold the vehicle for an extra week so we could get all the paperwork and pick up the car. The second trip in was so smooth and we had an appt for 10AM, we were a but early and we were out of there by 10. I can't say enough good about the experience we had and look forward to working with the Luther team again in the future if we ever need another vehicle. Thanks for the great experience. More

When some aspects of the purchase experience took a bit more time (partly my fault), he was very apologetic. Mark did an excellent job explaining what our options were, and how much they would cost. He also was very friendly, a pleasure to work with. His office was comfortable, and the purchase arrangements were handled very pleasantly. I would definitely do business with Luther Honda again! My only negative in this experience was the overpowering scent packets that were used in this pre-owned car. The scent was not one I would prefer, only made worse by their excessive strength. I found two on the back seat floor, my opinion would be that one would be plenty. More

Everyone was very happy to work with us in trading our used Honda Odyssey which we also purchased there.
