Actually purchased our new CR-V over the phone from Wes David. We had shopped a couple of other dealers closer to our home in Fergus Falls and hadn't come to terms so thought we'd try a different approach David. Hit the internet and obtained invoice cost, value of our trade-in (a 2007 CR-V) and dealer ratings. Determined that Luther St. Cloud had the vehicle we wanted in stock. They had favorable ratings, and it looked like Wes was the Big Dog down there so we calculated what we wanted to pay and called him with an offer for the vehicle we wanted. He asked a few questions about our trade and we had the whole thing done in 15 minutes - no BS. When the new vehicle was ready (added a number of dealer-installed options) we traveled to St. Cloud and took delivery. Everything went very smoothly. We were very pleased with the dealership, with Wes and with Mark Hieb, the business manager who led us through the paperwork. Their service exceeded our expectations. We had a brief tour of the facility and met a number of the other staff. They were all upbeat and friendly - it looked like they were all happy to work there. We especially liked the overall atmosphere of the dealership. It's not the typical big-box cookie cutter car store. It's smaller and cozier - knotty pine paneling throughout and just made us feel comfortable. I suppose Honda will eventually require a new building and all that goes with it, but we sure like it the way it is. We had a great experience and are looking forward to enjoying our new CR-V. More

Brought in my new CR-V for routine maintenance: first oil change,tire rotation, etc.. Vehicle was taken in immediately, and service done very quickly. All staff were very friendly and efficient.
