A young man by the name of Dan Fruechte who works in your parts area assisted me in finding parts for my 1985 Honda Civic. I don't know the name of car parts very well, but I was immediately amazed at his knowledge of the car and how he knew what each part was that I was after by a simple description. He was very courteous and spent time to give me knowledge of the part and how it worked. I ended up going back the same week needing another part, once again I got to work with Dan. After another great experience, I decided to just work with Dan for parts of my families 5 Honda's that we have for me, my wife, and kids. I will never go back to another parts store or dealer. From a 1985 Civic to a 2009 Accord, I will always get my parts from Dan. His business card sits in my wallet and I've given a few to friends that have Honda's. I've visited many dealerships over the years and gotten parts elsewhere, but Dan has changed this and I will always get my parts from him at your dealership. As he told me when I complemented him this past week- his goal is to get the right part the first time and to create less trips for the customer so their car can stay on the road longer using Honda parts. I'm now on probably my close to 10th visit with him and I'm never let down by the experience or over abundance of knowledge he has. More

Overall experience I met with Adam and told him what I was looking for, he quickly found the exact vehicle with all the features I asked about. I think he picked up on the fact that I wanted what I wanted and I'm the type of person who can be annoyed by pushy sales people (as I am one myself!) He gave me exactly what I wanted!
