Too good to believe I visited Luther Honda of St. Cloud inquiring about a Honda Pilot they were offering on their website. When I arrived, I was greeted by Travis Moreno I visited Luther Honda of St. Cloud inquiring about a Honda Pilot they were offering on their website. When I arrived, I was greeted by Travis Moreno and I asked him about the Pilot I was interested in. It turns that a couple was in the process of buying that Pilot, but Travis asked me about what types of Pilots I was most particularly interested in. I provided Travis some very specific criteria and he said he would work the system and let me know if he found something. 3 days later Travis called me and described a Pilot that met all of my criteria and asked if I was interested enough to have him get it driven to St. Cloud Honda from 90 minutes away. The next day Travis had the Pilot ready to show me. The vehicle was in immaculate condition and the price was actually $4000 less than the vehicle I was originally interested. Great price, beautiful vehicle, top notch customer service, Travis Moreno exceeded expectations in every way. More

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I recently went to Honda for a routine oil change. However; prior to, I was having trouble starting my vehicle at times and forgot to mention it. La I recently went to Honda for a routine oil change. However; prior to, I was having trouble starting my vehicle at times and forgot to mention it. Last evening I was stranded and it took me over 20-30 minutes to get my vehicle started. (Thank goodness it started). I called Honda the next morning and they asked me to bring it in right away. I was happy with my 2013 Accord although it wasn't perfect for my need My husband and I went to Luther Honda not to buy a car but for routine service. I was happy with my 2013 Accord although it wasn't perfect for my needs. When I walked by the new HRV, I was intrigued. A salesman, Travis Moreno, asked if he could be of help. He answered very question in a way that was simple, clear and complete. It wasn't long before I realized that this was the car I had been looking for. It is roomy but not a road monster. The controls are intuitive and easy to use. We went for a test drive - solid handling and quiet. When we negotiated price Travis wasn't pushy. He gave us room to think and come to a decision without feeling pressured. We bought the car right then and drove it home that day. We are still delighted with our purchase. My husband and I give Luther Honda St. Cloud and their staff our highest recommendation.
