It’s been a real delight working with Park Place, and this latest service visit was no different. I scheduled online, arranged for contactless pickup of my vehicle. They communicated with me throughout the process via text, email, and a couple of phone calls when appropriate. I approved the invoice and paid remotely, and they delivered the vehicle back to my home as promised. I never had to step foot outside my own home, didn’t have to risk close contact with anyone outside of my family bubble. For a home with high-risk family members, this level of service is a God-send. First time seeking service for my BMW at Park BMW Rochester. Really didn't feel any special welcome at all. Chris was cordial at best but no explanation of what vehicle check would be or include.
