Costumer service was good, the service writer was a very nice gentleman that I dealt with via the phone. Unfortunately he had to deliver a few bout of bad news to me over the course of the service I had do nice gentleman that I dealt with via the phone. First was a wrong part diagnosed as bad meaning I didn’t have car back for our big trip which put me on the spot. Mistakes do happen though, and as I am still on my trip and my folks picked the car up for me and noticed no faults the end result was a fixed car. I’m am satisfied with their customer service, I think the shop guys might need to take just that extra moment to double check their work and make sure communication with the parts sept is complete and effective. I appreciated the concierge service and the work completed. However, there was a software update for the vehicle but not required so they would not do it without customer pay of $230. Had an issue with w/w reservoir pointed out when I had my first service with Burnsville VW. They said they would order the part and take care of it. One year later I mentioned it to Mac and the part was orde first service with Burnsville VW. They said they would order the part and take care of it.
