Went in for an oil change and check on a recall that was done. They completed both no issues. They needed my car for a few days and gave me a loaner no charge (which at a different dealership they didn’t do done. They completed both no issues. Gave me upfront costs and allowed me to make the best decision for me at the time. Overall I found the customer service outstanding. Really poor time management. Communication was horrible. Was told it would 1-1.5 hours... ended up being over 2.5 hours. I felt like they weren’t giving me accurate updates when I asked for them. This dealership has consistently provided good service for my Audi. Josh has been very willing to show me exactly what will be included in each service appointment, and work with me on omitting a few item for my Audi.
