I was charged over $500 for a battery replacement with 1/2 the cost being labor. Also was offered a pick-up service which I thought included a tow, but they actually sent a driver to drive the car from my 1/2 the cost being labor. Not sure how they thought that would be possible considering I was getting a battery replacement. Ended up having to order a tow myself. The people I interacted with were all helpful and friendly which made the experience bearable, but otherwise rough service. More

Very nice, friendly place! Everything was clean and very professional looking. I went in for some clicking noise and naturally it stopped before I could get it there, but they went over some possibilities o professional looking. Came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. My low air pressure light was on for the right front tire as well. Services completed and I was on my way. Two days later, my left rear tire was low on low air pressure light was on for the right front tire as well. Services completed and I was on my way. Two days later, my left rear tire was low on air. Since I requested my tire rotation be Rear tires to front and front crossover to rears, that tells me they never inspected the tire, filled it with air and reset the tire pressure monitor. None of this was mentioned on the service report either. This is part of the reason I do my own work on my car when I can. More
